Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday - Saturday.

Your order will be processed and despatched within 1-2 working days with most orders being despatched quicker.

How Much Does Delivery Cost To The UK?

Price: This cost of this service is £3.50, no matter how many items you order. This service is FREE for any orders over £50 (excluding postage).

Information about this service: This is a non-signed for service. Items will generally arrive the next day after the package has been despatched.

Returns

Right to Cancel

If you change your mind and wish to return any items, you have 14 days from the date that you received them to inform us of your decision. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.

If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 25% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or defects before use.

Once the items are received back, most refunds are processed the same day, however it can take up to 10 working days for the money to arrive back into your account.

Damaged Or Faulty

In the event that any item arrives damaged, a mistake has been made on your order or the item is faulty then please contact us by email us at holeymoleycrafts4u@gmail.com.

You will have 30 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving. It is your responsibility to inform Holey Moley Crafts of any defects to any products. If no communication is made within 30 days, Holey Moley Crafts will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.

If Holey Moley Crafts hears from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us, complete with your order number. The items must still be in the same condition in which it was received.
